Immerse yourself in colour! Freire explores images captured both by camera and mind of her time spent in the Caribbean whilst on board boats. Being able to experience the islands by sea and by land gave Freire the urge to create these artworks. Many different perspectives of sun drenched sea and landscapes, dramatic skies and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets make for endless inspiration. This collection of work aims to capture the attention of the viewer and transport them to a world of sunshine dreams and endless possibilities. Take your time and explore the canvas, drips and swirls of paint. Close your eyes and take yourself off to your happy place. This collection holds a very special place in Freire's heart. She was driven to create it as a form of self healing and therapy and this became ever more important after the loss of her boat captain to suicide. Freire is donating 10% of the sale of each piece to MIND mental health charity.
